The company took the eighth place in the field of Energy, Extraction and Processing of Raw Materials.
The identification of the best Russian employers, which entered the HeadHunter rating, took place in several stages: questioning of employees’ loyalty level to the organisation they work, applicants polling on the Internet recruiting portal and expert assessment of the development of HR processes of participating enterprises. In total, 1996 companies submitted applications for participation in the rating, of which 1082 became finalists.
“The participation of RNG in such an event is opportunity to once again raise its status among potential applicants and undertake a comprehensive analysis of the personnel policy of the company”, noted Oksana Grobovets, HR Director of RNG.
This is not the first time the company has participated in the HeadHunter rating. In 2022, it also entered the list of the project finalists. Experts note that RNG is an attractive and open employer, successfully developing HR-processes and enterprise image.

We devote special attention to create conditions for safe work, attract highly professional specialists and develop the staff motivation system”, commented Vladimir Rakitin, General Director of RNG.
The company participates in the program of Government of Yakutia Local Personnel for Industry since 2019, which promotes the employment of the local population at the leading industrial enterprises in the republic. Moreover, RNG actively cooperates with regional universities that teach students in oil and gas professions that are in demand.
