Compressors will be installed on the Eastern blocks of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field.
Respect for environment and responsible subsoil use are the key areas of RNG's environmental program. The company plans to spend 4.5 billion rubles on environmental protection measures. A significant part of the program is aimed at the beneficial use of the extracted associated petroleum gas (APG). The APG reinjection system will allow the company to solve the problems of maintaining reservoir pressure, as well as to exclude emissions into the atmosphere.
RNG's investments in the project for the rational use of APG in the Eastern blocks of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field will amount to 3.8 billion rubles.
By the end of 2021, it is planned to commission a complex of facilities for APG re-injection into the reservoir. The project involves installation of a compressor station for compressing APG with a pressure of up to 250 atm., arrangement of 6 gas injection wells, construction of high-pressure gas pipelines to provide APG transportation to wells with a total length of more than 27 km.
The project involves more than 40 domestic companies – suppliers of equipment, materials and measuring devices. The Russian subsidiary of Chinese company Jereh, one of the leaders in the production of integrated products for efficient and environmentally friendly development of oil fields, has been selected as the vendor of the gas compression and injection unit. The compressors are manufactured by leading American mechanical engineering companies Ariel and INNIO (trademark Waukesha, formerly General Electric).
The work will be carried out by a subsidiary of RNG – YakutStroyProekt LLC. Among the completed projects of the construction company are the arrangement of production facilities of the RNG group of companies and participation in the construction of the transport infrastructure of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
