The bridge across the Malaya Botuobuya river connected two districts of the republic, providing local residents with year-round travel along the federal highway.
Construction subdivision of RNG did everything possible to build a bridge across the Malaya Botuobuya River on time. The object is included in the federal program for the construction of the Vilyui highway (the route of the highway runs from Tulun, Irkutsk region, to Yakutsk), the length of the bridge is 192 m, the length of access roads is 2.7 km.
Constructing works began in September 2018 and the opening was scheduled for October 31, 2020. Despite the pandemic, the company's specialists managed to complete the works a month earlier.
Andrey Tarasenko, Acting Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), highly appreciated the performance of RNG, and Nikolai Andreev, head of Federal Budgetary Institution Vilyui Road Administration (subordinate to Rosavtodor), noted the complexity of the facility and the professionalism of the company's specialists.
Aleksandr Uskov, head of the construction subdivision of RNG, stressed that the successful completion of the facility is the result of well-coordinated work of employees and loyalty to the principles of the company: “In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, all the requirements of state bodies were met with the necessary preventive measures. Thus, it was possible to ensure safety and continuity of the construction process. In addition, the company made significant capital investments in new machinery and equipment, purchased the necessary materials in advance and sent employees from other departments to help the builders in order to ensure the specified deadlines and quality of work."
One of the key tasks of RNG is to participate in the development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and improve the local population's quality of life. Transport links in the region are difficult, therefore the company is actively involved in infrastructure projects. RNG has invested 3.5 million euros in asphalting program on the Yakutian roads and creates a durable road surface using modern technologies. Compliance of road quality with local climatic conditions is ensured through the use of a movable asphalt concrete plant of Benninghoven (Germany).
RNG is intended to continue its active participation in the development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). At the end of October, another important object is planned to be commissioned – a bridge across the Sasar-Yuryakh river in the Suntarsky district of the republic. On the basis of long-term agreements on social and economic development, RNG will continue to implement projects for the construction, reconstruction and equipping of social infrastructure facilities.
